Refund Policy

1. Influencer Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are non-refundable under all circumstances once paid.

2. Brand Payments

• Brands are only required to pay influencers after receiving and approving promotional content.
• Since brand registration is currently free, refund policies do not apply.

Note: If a registration fee is introduced in the future, an updated refund policy for brands will be published.
